Belajar Buat Butter Cheese Cupcake

Untuk membuat Butter Cheese Cupcake ini, tidaklah sukar hanya perlu ikut apa yang disarankan dalam resepi ini.

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan;

1. 40gm krim keju
2. 40gm mentega
3. 40ml susu segar
4. 2 biji telur
5. 50 gm gula perang
6. 100gm tepung kek
7. 1 sudu teh serbuk penaik.
8. 1/2 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
9. Sedikit buah strawberi dan parutan coklat untuk deko.

Adunan krim keju

1. 250gm krim keju.
2. 250gm mentega.
3. 100gm gula ising
4.  250gm krim putar
5. 1 sudu teh jus lemon

Cara menyediakan

1. Pukul krim keju, mentega dan susu sehingga sebati kemudian letak tepi..masukkan dalam satu bekas.

2. Selepas itu pukul telur dan gula perang kemudian masukkan adunan pertama tadi (krim keju,mentega dan susu)

3. Satukan tepung kek,serbuk penaik dan soda bikarbonat, kemudian masukkan ke dalam adunan. Kacau sehingga sebati.

4. Masukkan adunan td ke dalam cawan cupcake (3/4) jangan terlalu penuh..kemudian kukus selama 40-50 minit.

Untuk Topping

1. Pukul krim keju, mentega dan gula.
2. Kemudian masukkan gula, jus lemon dan krim putar untuk lebih gebu.

Setelah kek sudah masak bolehlah hias mengunnakan krim keju dan letakan sedikti buah strawberi dan coklat parut.
